Everyone at Stourbridge Dance Academy is incredibly proud to celebrate the examination success of four hard-working dancers.
Kendra Guest, Maddison Rubery, Molly Jo Price and Eloise Knight have all successfully passed their NATD Intermediate Ballet examinations.
This is a wonderful achievement and an important milestone in each dancer’s training.
A demanding level of ballet training
The Intermediate Ballet examination requires dancers to demonstrate a strong level of classical ballet technique, musicality, control and performance quality.
Preparing for the examination takes commitment both inside and outside the studio. Dancers must refine their technique, remember detailed exercises and perform confidently under examination conditions.
Kendra, Maddison, Molly Jo and Eloise approached their preparation with focus and determination. Their success is a fitting reward for the time and effort they have invested in their training.

Celebrating progress through NATD examinations
Examinations provide students with clear goals and an opportunity to recognise how far they have progressed. However, the journey towards an examination is just as valuable as the final result.
Throughout their preparation, dancers develop discipline, resilience, confidence and the ability to respond positively to feedback. These skills support their development both in dance and beyond the studio.
At SDA, examinations form part of a wider dance education that also includes enjoyment, friendships and exciting performance opportunities. Students are prepared for examinations when their teacher believes they are ready.
