Refund and Returns Policy
This policy applies to uniforms, branded clothing and other products purchased directly from Stourbridge Dance Academy.
Online returns
For products purchased online, you normally have 14 days after delivery to tell us that you wish to return an item. The item must then be returned within a further 14 days.
Products should be unworn, unwashed and returned with their original labels and packaging where possible.
Customers are responsible for change-of-mind return postage. We recommend obtaining proof of postage.
Non-returnable products
Unless faulty or misdescribed, we cannot accept returns of:

Personalised or specially made products.

Products that have been worn, washed, altered or damaged.

Sealed hygiene-sensitive products once the seal has been broken.
Faulty or incorrect products
If a product is faulty, damaged, misdescribed or different from what was ordered, please contact us promptly.
Depending on the circumstances, we will provide an exchange, repair, replacement or refund in accordance with your statutory rights. SDA will cover reasonable return costs for faulty or incorrect products.
Refunds
Approved refunds will be made to the original payment method, normally within 14 days of receiving the returned product or evidence that it has been sent.
The original standard delivery charge will be refunded where required by law. Additional express-delivery costs are not refundable.
Purchases made in person
Products purchased in person cannot normally be returned simply because the customer has changed their mind. An exchange may be offered at SDA’s discretion where the product is unused and in resalable condition.
This does not affect your rights if the product is faulty or misdescribed.
Class fees
Missed lessons remain payable. Half-termly fees are non-refundable if a pupil leaves or stops attending after the half-term has begun.
If SDA cancels a paid lesson and cannot provide a suitable replacement, an appropriate credit, rescheduled class or refund will be offered.
